Essential Questions: What are the natural wonders of the world. What are ancient and modern human made-wonders of the world? Can I write narratives using effective sequencing, transitions, and narrative techniques to engage a reader?

Objectives:

1. Identify places. Compare and contrast places. Describe places. Express likes.

2. Write opinion pieces, supporting a point of view with reasons. Write informative/ explanatory texts to examine a topic and convey ideas and information. Participate in shared writing.

3. Experience a continent through a virtual field trip. Learn facts about a continent. Compare and contrast that continent with your own continent.
